Jimmy Charles Lanier, son of Grover Charles Lanier and Emmalleta (Dunaway) Palone, was born on September 11, 1961 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He departed this life in November 2, 2018 at the age of 56 years.

He spent most of his youth breaking horses and at Junior Rodeos. Jimmy was a very friendly person who liked to talk, liked to laugh, loved coffee and Dr. Pepper. He enjoyed walking and was known around town for his walking. He was a faithful attendee of many different churches; which one he would attend on any given Sunday was always a surprise. He was Emmalleta’s favorite son and LeeAnna’s best friend.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Woodrow & Vivian Lanier and Tom & Emaline Dunaway.

Jim has been my friend forever and I will remember his laugh forever. May he "REST IN PEACE" and his family family "find comfort in their cherished memories until they meet again". My deepest sympathy. GOD BLESS ALL.
